Our Switch experiences will include students in 6th – 12th graders (all 6th grade Loop students are invited to participate in Switch activities) and will include trips, big theme events, weekly large/small group meetings, and a breakout after worship every other Sunday morning.
All of these events will be geared to helping the youth strengthen their walk with God and assisting them in building relationships with each other as well as leaders.
SWITCH NIGHTS ARE BACK!
Sunday Nights // 5-7PM // 6th-12th Grade
Here is what you can expect with this change:
- Meetings Sunday from 5pm – 7pm
- Youth being trained to serve in our Switch Services – SWERVE (Students Who Serve)
- Snacks, Games, Worship, Prayer, & Lessons Relevant to our Youth
What about the Sunday morning Switch Class?
Our Sunday morning Switch Class is currently suspended due to social distancing measures we must abide by.
Where and how can my student serve or SWERVE (Students Who Serve)?
Many of the students are excited about serving on Sunday mornings and evenings. We are currently working on getting our students involved on L-Teams.
How does this change the Loop Class?
These changes only impact Switch Class. The Loop Class will continue as usual. Only the 6th grade students will have the opportunity to join the Switch Students on Sunday Nights.
What about Wednesday Nights?
Currently we have combined all ages during our Midweek Services until social distancing messages are lifted.
What about the parents?
Parents, if you bring your students on Sunday nights and want to stay for the Equipped, DivorceCare, or Keys To Freedom, those groups meet from 5pm – 7pm as well.
YOU ARE AWESOME! WHY?
YOU are making an impact on the Kingdom through your students. Because you support the Switch Group, each student is learning about Christ, having their questions answered about God and life, & the students are placing themselves in a safe, Christian environment.
We see the sacrifices you make to get your students to church, save and raise money for events and trips, & support their heart to be involved! We know it isn’t always easy, but we appreciate you and so will you students, one day!
